Every year, Thompson Lewis handles numerous title examination, underwriting reviews and related title, escrow and closing matters for its commercial, residential, and other real estate clients.  Our attorneys have also handled examination of hundreds of oil and gas interest titles, including leasehold interests, in several states. Our lawyers are recognized leaders on title and title insurance matters. For such work, in Florida our lawyers in the past have been members of the Attorney’s Title Fund Services “President’s Circle,” in the top 2% and top 25 in terms of real estate transaction gross dollar volumes. We are agents of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company, and can issue title insurance on any Fidelity National Title Group Inc. company, including Fidelity National Title, TICOR Title company, and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company
