Mr. Lewis practices in complex real estate transactions, real estate sales, purchases, and development, lending transactions, title services, leasing and construction lien law. He also practices in real estate related litigation (including evictions and foreclosures) and local zoning and land use law, administrative law, and governmental relations. His practice includes comprehensive plan amendments, zoning applications, growth issues, permitting and local land development code amendments.
